You might still qualify for a reimbursement if you have other insurance.
If we are an out-of-network provider for you, we would be happy to provide the required documentation for you to receive reimbursement for services. If your insurance company offers out-of-network mental health benefits, you should receive some reimbursement for the cost of our services (many companies cover between 50-70% of the cost for each session). You'll need to contact your insurance provider and inquire about your out-of-network benefits. Here are some helpful questions to ask:
Once you've confirmed your out-of-netowrk benefits you will schedule a self-pay service and pay directly for each service/session. Either weekly or monthly, you will receive a superbill form via email for each service. To receive reimbursement you'll submit this superbill form along with your claim for reimbursement.
